Specifications include, but are not limited to: The state of North Dakota, acting through its Department of Public Instruction, Division of Student Support and Innovation, Office of Assessment, (STATE) is soliciting proposals for a vendor to assist STATE by providing products and services to support the complete test construction, test administration, data reporting, data analysis, and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive and cohesive state assessment system in accordance with the specifications outlined in this RFP. The comprehensive state assessment system is herein referred to as the North Dakota Progression of Learning and Understanding of Students (ND PLUS) and it consists of the statewide summative assessment – referred to as the North Dakota State Assessment (NDSA) – and the connected interim assessments (Interims). The RFP specifies tasks and describes the services and products that are minimally required.
