Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide qualified technicians for scheduled maintenance, non-emergency repairs, and emergency repairs of the above listed generators. The scope of services includes comprehensive mechanical maintenance and repair services for the generators as follows: 1. Maintenance. The generator equipment located at the above-mentioned sites shall be inspected, serviced, and a load bank test shall be performed as prescribed by the manufacturer. Compensation shall be inclusive of all labor, service parts, including any taxes applicable to such parts. Provide a detailed description of the services to be performed for the service, inspections and load bank tests. 2. On-Call Services. The Contractor shall provide a 24-hour, 7-day per week on-call service phone number to handle customer service needs and emergencies after-hours. Emergency calls will require a service technician to be on site within four (4) hours after the initial request has been made
