Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) The scope of work consists of the demolition and removal of the entire building structure including overhang canopy down to the ground including the foundation and disposed of properly. The surrounding concrete on the property shall remain as is and not disturbed. All bollards and parking posts shall be cut flush to the concrete and removed. The wooden privacy fence for the garbage bin should be removed totally and disposed of properly. The wall attached to a privately owned building on Washington Avenue at the NW corner of the property shall be removed. Cut a straight line approximately 13 inches from the privately owned building and remove the wall (approximately 23 feet long by 11 feet tall). Be sure not to damage the attached building in any way. All material shall be removed and disposed of at an approved landfill.; b) The site underneath all structures are to be clear of all unnatural material and the entire area shall be graded smooth.; c) This demolition process must also be performed in such fashion so as to not unduly restrict access on the streets surrounding the property or allow for any damage to occur on surrounding property.; d) If conditions exist that indicates the production of a large amount of dust material, the Contractor must be prepared to mitigate this problem to the extent that neighboring occupancies are not impacted.; e) Any trees currently on the site are not to be removed nor damaged.; f) Total time for this project should not exceed thirty (30) days once work has begun unless agreed to in writing by the City.
