Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) is soliciting Request for Statement of Qualifications to develop the System Engineering Documents and provide procurement assistance for CTSS, ASCT, ATSPM, and TSP. The System Engineering Documents will assist in developing the operational concepts and requirements that will enable RTC to specify, select, validate, and implement the desired CTSS, ASCT, ATSPM and TSP. The process will also assist in building consensus with all Stakeholders on what type of system is desired and what it should do. Ultimately, it is desired to provide a system that improves signal operations and provide signal performance metrics.
