Specifications include, but are not limited to: This work shall include furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to complete the project ABC PARK SEWER REHABILITATION as described in the specifications and shown in the plans. Work includes the abandonment of a majority of the existing sanitary sewer system within ABC Park and the construction of a new sanitary sewer system including the seven 4” PVC service laterals, seven manholes, approximately 833 linear feet of 8” PVC main line, and associated appurtenances. In addition to the work on the sanitary sewer system, the potable water system will require the removal and replacement of one fire hydrant and the abandonment of a service lateral. This work shall also include the removal of existing surface improvements such as asphalt paving & curbing, concrete sidewalks & curbing, and other miscellaneous improvements. The work shall include the construction of a new loop road and parking areas consisting of approximately 3,350 square yards of 2” asphalt, 1,600 linear feet of concrete curbing, accessible ramps, concrete valley gutters, associated pavement markings & striping, and traffic signage.
