Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Indiana, and its Family and Social Services Administration and Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning hold its vendors accountable for the goods and services the State procures with tax payer dollars. In support of this mission, FSSA and OMPP seeks to engage an Operational Verification and Validation (“OV&V”) vendor to measure, monitor and validate the performance of OMPP’s CoreMMIS Vendor. The OV&V Vendor will also provide critical support and subject matter expertise to OMPP. At a high level, OV&V services which the Contractor provides for OMPP include, but are not limited to, the following: Verification of CoreMMIS Vendor invoices Measurement of CoreMMIS Vendor performance in relation to contractual performance metrics Utilizing the CoreMMIS Vendor quality system and tools to validate reported performance metrics Project management over select initiatives, including Change Control, risk management, testing, etc. Generation of periodic and ad hoc reports regarding Medicaid performance Providing compliance support for Medicaid Validating Provider enrollment through credentialing activities Providing additional support on various ad hoc requests and projects
