Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor will provide greyscale digitization of sixty-eight (68) reels of newspapermicrofilm converting the information into a master in both TIFF and PDF with OCRfor general use.•Vendor will create and host a database of the digitized newspapers that is free andsearchable by anyone with internet access at no extra charge.•Vendor will provide the library with a copy of the digitized newspapers. Vendor willinform the library of how the images will be transferred to the library (i.e., back updrive, etc.).•Microfilm reels will be returned to the Dover Public Library in undamaged condition.•The Dover Public Library will retain rights of ownership of the digitized images andsearchable database.
