Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will develop and provide the following: •Facilitate strategic planning and design sessions with key stakeholder groups and potential tenants/end users regarding options for redevelopment and new construction of the GRC campus. •From these planning sessions, develop a report that includes the following: o Preliminary site plans and concepts for mixed-use residential, commercial, and publicly accessible greenspaces, with an emphasis on smart growth principles and excellence in design o Market feasibility study and analysis of the highest and best use of the GRC campus and surrounding land. o Strategies for new connections of GRC campus with U.S. Highway 34. 5oGeneral budget information and identification of potential funding sources that may be available to assist with redevelopment costs o Establishment of a timeframe for redevelopment activities
