Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pest Control Services shall be provided for rodent control, crawling insect control, flying insect control, migratory pest control, bed bug and mite control. Treatment should also include for the prevention of reappearance of all pests.; Contractor shall be responsible for provision of all pesticides, materials, equipment, manpower, safety gear, transport and insurances.; Contractor shall obtain all necessary permits and certifications per ADEC regulations.; Contractor shall adhere to all laws, codes and requirements associated with the scope of work contained in this RFP.; Contractor personnel shall have the required qualification, certification and experience for handling chemicals, equipment and mixing pesticides to deliver superior quality Pest Control Services.; All mixing of pesticides shall be done in an open area outside the building as approved by CIHA.; No pesticides and/or equipment will be stored on CIHA property.; Contractor shall provide Maintenance Manager with MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) on all pesticides used at CIHA properties.; Contractor shall provide all notifications and signage, as may be required by law, or as directed, by CIHA’s Maintenance Manager.; In addition to the routine pest control/extermination services, awarded Contractor shall provide the following: Prep-sheets for residents and management to guide and assist with the success of the treatments.; Detailed report to management of services provided and opinion of the success of treatment and whether residents are cooperating provided after each service.; Recommendations to reduce likelihood for infestation or re-infestation to be provided after the last treatment and treatment is complete.; Explain the number of follow up treatments needed for infestation treatments.; Training for CIHA staff on various pest control measures and areas where our staff can assist and prevent infestations.
