Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide on-site preventative maintenance every six (6) months or as often as recommended by the manufacturer. Provide all supervision, materials, equipment, labor and transportation necessary for the successful completion of the work. Provide a written summary of the work performed. • The Vendor shall provide the Department with service and repair recommendations that may be outside the Manufacturer’s recommendations which may lengthen the life of the product. • The Vendor shall obtain approval from the New Hampshire Hospital Facilities Department HVAC Technician or designee prior to repairing or replacing parts and shall: o Provide a written estimate for any repairs exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000) prior to repairing or replacing parts; o Allow the Department to purchase parts directly from suppliers when possible; o Ensure that materials used are no more than a 10% Vendor mark-up cost by invoice; • Schedule routine maintenance with the New Hampshire Hospital Facilities Department HVAC Technician or designee a minimum of one week in advance of the services; and provide a one (1) year warranty on all OEM parts. o The Vendor shall ensure that equipment requiring preventative maintenance is out of service for no more than four (4) hours. o Ensure that replacement parts are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, unless prior written authorization is obtained from the Department;
