Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work required will include, but is not limited to, the following: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday or Sunday: 1. Vacuum all carpeted areas on main floor, including all unlocked offices and DMV area 2. Vacuum hallways both upstairs and downstairs 3. Sweep and mop all linoleum floors on the main floor 4. Sweep Fire Hall office floor 5. Sweep, vacuum and mop stairway; clean handrails and surrounding area 6. Replenish all paper products and soap dispensers as needed 7. Clean and sanitize all restrooms, upstairs and downstairs, including stall door, entry/exit door handles 8. Clean all countertops; disinfect all door handles, fixtures and surfaces 9. Clean/dust office furniture (only those areas that are free of paperwork and other items) 10. Empty office trash receptacles and replace liners 11. Clean outside ashtrays 12. Clean the gym 13. Clean interior windows as needed Once each week: 1. Clean glass doors and fixtures in entryway and lobby 2. Clean windows in dispatch area 3. Clean visitor room, including window, door, door handles and walls 4. Sweep and mop linoleum floor in Fire Hall office 5. Sweep and mop linoleum floor in upstairs kitchen 6. Vacuum and dust all areas upstairs, including hallways, kitchen/break room, conference room and training room 7. Spot clean throughout building as needed 8. Bleach mops and clean utility/janitorial closet
