Specifications include, but are not limited to: City Hall, located at 43 Raven Way, Unalaska, is 13,590 square feet and houses Council Chambers, the offices of the Mayor and City Manager, and the Departments of Administration, City Clerk, Planning and Finance, and other auxiliary rooms, restrooms and public areas. There are public restrooms both upstairs and downstairs. The janitorial contractor will be required to clean the restrooms on both floors and both front and rear entrances, five times each week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and once either Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Cleaning of other areas is required three times per week on Monday, Wednesday, and either Friday/Saturday/Sunday. All work must be performed before the hour of 7:00 am and after the hour of 6:00 pm on weekdays. Work done on the weekends may be done at a time of the contractor’s choosing. Contractor must not clean while public meetings are taking place in Council Chambers.
