All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: replace the current piping with a different layout, installation of a new filter system, and installation of a new billing meter; Fully Remove all the existing piping and reinstall with the new piping per drawings.; Fully removes the existing valves and replace with like new valves.; Remove the existing filtration system and install the new filtration system.; Remove the existing billing meter and install the new meter.; All valves including Solenoid valve.; Piping materials.; Welding Procedures.; Pipe and Valves layout; Contractors shall remove all existing piping and replace with the standard weight carbon steel.; Contractors shall remove all existing valves and replace with like based on appendix 1; Replace Plug, Check, Gate, Butterfly.; Contractors to follow the new system layout depicted in drawing 1 and construct as indicated.; All valves currently installed are to be replaced, see drawing 011233 for details.; A 3” Solenoid valve must be installed by the contractor on the upstream path of the flow meter minimum of 6 inches.; Contractors shall provide all necessary pipe supports as required.; Contractors to install all piping with the bottom of pipe at 6 inches from floor.; Future expansion plan shall be kept depicted in drawing 011233 including future flanges and blanks.; Piping Installation; The included drawing plans, schematics, and diagram indicate general location and arrangement of piping system.; Arrange for pipe spaces, chases, slots, sleeves, and opening in building structure during progress of construction, to allow for mechanical installations.; Reseal all pipe penetrations through the wall part of the completion of work.
