Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 The awarded Offeror shall meet with the City and appropriate stakeholders to obtain information regarding expectations, challenges, requirements and responsibilities of the vacant position. 3.1.2 The awarded Offeror shall develop a robust strategy for implementing recruitment efforts, and identifying qualified candidates from diverse backgrounds. All recruitment efforts performed shall be covered by the standard vacancy placement cost unless specifically agreed in writing prior to being implemented. 3.1.6 The awarded Offeror shall review and rate applicants/candidates for fit and positionbased qualifications. The Offeror shall have significant interaction with and knowledge of submitted candidates to directly speak for their qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities) for the applicable position. Knowledge shall be attained through an effective screening process, including but not limited to face to face or video conference with viable candidates. 3.1.8 The awarded Offeror shall deliver a list of the top candidates to be interviewed for each vacancy to the City designee(s). 3.1.9 The awarded Offeror shall manage recruitment throughout the process and the City may propose additional tasks as deemed necessary. 3.1.10 The awarded Offeror shall reinitiate additional executive searches, at no fee to the City, if successful candidates leave (via resignation or termination with or without cause) the employment of the City within no less than 180 days of placement Any additional services directly related to the scope of work in this RFP shall be compensated as agreed upon in the resulting contract with the City.
