Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Demolish existing pavilion and concrete base, remove all debris from the site and haul away to an approved landfill. • Install 12” depth reinforced concrete pad under pavilion extending two feet outside the drip line of the pavilion roof with concrete poured to a depth meeting frostline requirements under pavilion supports. • Install new pavilion on concrete pad. • Pavilion shall be 30’ width by 80’ length, with 10’ minimum headroom height to structural framing or roof members. • Structural framing shall be timber. • Posts shall be a minimum of 8x8. • Roof material shall be metal or shingle. • Material colors to be selected by Hancock County from the manufacturer’s standard color chart. • Perform all work in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s printed specifications. • Upon completion, furnish manufacturer’s written warranty for labor and material for 30-years for shingles or 20-years for metal
