Specifications include, but are not limited to: Outlining and determining proposal content based on proposal requirements. Developing project design, data collection plans, and project models as well as other grant proposal components required by funder. Drafting of City of Indianapolis/Marion County grant proposals with all required components (i.e. narrative, budget, budget narrative, abstract, etc.). Coordinating proposal input from partnering organizations and staff as well as coordinating any necessary meetings or conference calls. Comparing draft proposals to scoring rubric to ensure all required elements are addressed. Performing final proposal editing for length, readability, cohesiveness, and compliance with allproposal requirements. Ensuring all required attachments and certifications are ready for submission. Providing responses to questions. Writing grant progress reports.
