Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide Delaware license(s) and/or certification(s) necessary to perform services as identified in the scope of work. Prior to the execution of an award document, the successful Vendor shall either furnish the Agency with proof of State of Delaware Business Licensure or initiate the process of application where required. 2. Vendor shall provide responses to the Request for Proposal (RFP) scope of work and clearly identify capabilities as presented in the General Evaluation Requirements below. 3. Complete all appropriate attachments and forms as identified within the RFP. 4. Resumes of all staff members or job descriptions to be used in hiring them. 5. Staffing plan listing all staff positions with hours and requirements. 6. Summary of the vendor's experience with serving non-traditional students. 7. Summary of the vendor's experience as an educational provider. 8. The vendor must be local so they can support students who need additional in person instructions. 9. The vendor will offer student(s): a. Synchronous virtual learning, virtual conferencing, and social media platforms, where the administrator, teachers, mentors/coaches (both special education and regular), youth service specialists will speak with student learners at least three times a week as well as their parents/guardians. b. Virtual synchronous two-way counseling, where counselors speak with their student learners at least two times a week or more, if needed, to gauge current level of functioning and aid the student learners, their parents/guardians and the family as well. 10. Resumes of key staff (or job descriptions for staff yet to be hired) must be included in the proposal. All staff teaching core academic areas (as well as special education) shall hold a valid Delaware teaching certificate. The District reserves the right to request any changes in staff with a 30-day notice except in emergencies. 11. Award of this proposal is contingent upon available funding. 12. The services will be provided to all students who are recommended by the Brandywine School District. There will be rotating slots for 50 students at any given time. 13. The District holds the right to cancel services should the graduation success rate fall under 90%. 14. The vendor will provide summer programs for extended school year as required by student's IEP and credit recovery for high school students or other needs as identified by the District. 15. The vendor will utilize the on-line educational platform the Brandywine School District offers.
