Specifications include, but are not limited to: replace two existing Moyno Progressive Cavity Pumps, 11 plug valves, replace to Variable Frequency Drive’s and modify existing ductile iron piping for the new pumps, and to install 2 flow meters to each pump discharge line and locate display up to 50’ from flow tube.; Pumps: Two (2) Penn Valley 4DDSX30CNU-MK3 Pump Piggy Back Option (including 420 Discharge pressure switch and spare parts kits), Two (2) Danfoss Variable Frequency Drives, Ductile Iron pipe and fittings, labor to remove existing pumps and install new pumps and piping, eleven (11) 4” Plug Valves with lever, labor to install those valves.; Flow meters: Two (2) Siemens MAG5100 Flowmeter 3”, Remote Mount Mag 5000 signal converter, Remote Mount Kit, 50’ cable, potting kit, ductile iron pipe and fittings and labor to install flow meters.; Installation: All labor and material necessary to supply and install the equipment outlined above, plus disconnection of old pumps and start-up of new pumps. Selected contractor will work with the Chief Operator to keep one existing pump and clarifier working at all times during installation.
