Specifications include, but are not limited to: A vendor to lease and/or purchase equipment and service for GPS tracking & monitoring of approximately 117 vehicles requiring ODB unit and 60 heavy equipment requiring hardwired units. Final list of all assets to be tracked will be provided upon awarding of bid. The requirements for the system must include, but are not limited to: Store GPS/AVL location data at a minimum of every 30 seconds Track and report speed of vehicle Track and report engine idling Pre-trip/Daily Maintenance check (DVIR) Additional requirements/information: 24/7 Tech support available Please provide anticipated response time for in-person support if needed. What costs will be associated? In-person training on start up if needed, as well as continuous training at no additional charge 12 administrator slots with unlimited user access Reports should be customizable to the needs of individual departments Pricing needs to be one annual cost and an itemized cost per unit based on the 117 vehicles requiring ODB units and 60 heavy duty that required hardwired units.
