Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Professional RN Nurse Navigators with oncology-specific clinical knowledge who can offer individualized assistance to patients, families, and caregivers to help overcome healthcare system barriers. • Professional Benefits Advisors who will help cancer patients understand ARRC’s group health plan, how the plan covers the treatment of their diagnosis, and payment of services. • Customer Service Staff who partner directly with licensed counselors to ensure every cancer patient is supported fully throughout their treatment. • A Survivorship Program that will help cancer survivors manage the physical and emotional changes they experience after their cancer treatment is completed. • An Oncology Care Management program with provider relationships in Anchorage Alaska, and Fairbanks Alaska.
