Specifications include, but are not limited to: Quarterly Bay Door Maintenance: A. Lube all points of friction, including but not limited to, rollers, bearings, gears, and guides.; B. Ensure the doors are balanced, motor limiters are properly adjusted, drive chains are tight, and manual system is in proper working order.; C. Inspect and test all door functions, including but not limited to, the electrical wiring and connections, chain shafts, gears, and bearings.; D. Provide belts, cleaning chemicals, oil, grease, cleaning rags, switches, and fuses.; E. Pressure wash all inspection bay doors.; F. All maintenance performed shall be to ensure compliance with minimum manufacturer’s operating specifications for the model and make of this equipment.
