Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1 Contract Services # 1 – Water and Wastewater Testing 4.1.1.1 The facility will supply a separate sample for each test type. 4.1.1.2 Vendor must test both water and wastewater samples. 4.1.1.3 The vendor must pick up the water and wastewater samples at the water treatment plant at the facility. 4.1.1.4 Vendor must pick up all samples for testing from the Facility. Vendor will work with the Facility to establish date and times for pick up from Facility. 4.1.1.5 Water sample testing must be performed with the following minimum frequency: 4.1.1.5.1 Monthly – Bac-Ti and TOC. 4.1.1.5.2 Quarterly – TTHM’s and HAA5’s. 4.1.1.5.3 Annually – VOC’s, IOC’s, and Nitrogen. 4.1.1.5.4 Every Three Years – SOC, Lead, and Copper. 4.1.1.5.5 Every Six Years – radon/gross alpha 228 and 226. Due again in 2025. 4.1.1.6 Wastewater sample testing must be performed with the following minimum frequency: 4.1.1.6.1 Quarterly – BOD, TSS, and Fecal. 4.1.1.6.2 Biannually – Phosphorous and Total Nitrogen.
