Specifications include, but are not limited to: preparation and completion of the State of New HampshireMedicaid Annual Cost Report for Nursing Facilities for the fiscal years ending June 30,2022, and June 30, 2023. Some of the schedules are completed by the Finance Office.This cost report is to be filed no later than September 30thfollowing the end of the fiscalreporting year. Work on this report should begin no later than the 15thof Augustfollowing the end of the fiscal year being reported. A completed working draft shall besubmitted for review and comment no later than September 20thfollowing the end of thereporting period. All supporting documentation shall be made available if requested withthe working draft as well as with the final document. The most recent cost report wascompleted by Wipfli, PLLC, Bedford, NH.
