Specifications include, but are not limited to: Traffic/Team Leaders, Traffic/Area Supervisors, Green Team staff, Security Guards (at gates), Parking attendants (at spots) with appropriate Supervisors at each level for events on an as needed basis. This includes season games for football, and any other scheduled events held at Cardinal Stadium under the direction of the University of Louisville Athletic Association along with events at LYNN Stadium and Jim Patterson baseball stadium. In addition, the University requests the proposer honor the proposed rates for additional services that may be required for other ULAA venues upon mutual agreement and 48 hour advanced notice. Required number of personnel and type of personnel required for each event shall be negotiated prior to event dates. Services for this contract may be required Sunday through Saturday. Actual days and times will be dictated by home event schedule and demand for required services.; Be advised that all parking spaces in both the Bronze and Platinum lots at Cardinal Stadium have been assigned and all pass holders must park in their assigned space. The lots are divided into separate sections and are sequentially numbered from the north to the south. The spaces are numbered sequentially and there are no duplicate numbers within any area. For example, if you are in Bronze Lot D Row D Space 24, there is other Space 24’s in Lot D so it is very important that staff recognize the hang tag locations and assist guests getting to the correct row in the lot. Vehicles parked in an incorrect space will be towed. The awarded contractor will work to ensure that guests park in the correct location and when required, the awarded contractor will oversee towing operations throughout the Cardinal Stadium parking lots to relocate vehicles as necessary. In the Purple lots, guests are speed parked at the direction of the parking staff. RV spaces located throughout the Purple lots are reserved. Guests parking in the ADA spaces must have both a state issued ADA placard and a University of Athletics ADA hang tag. The awarded contractor will also sell parking to guests for the UofL home football games during the 2022 season. Future sales are yet to be determined. Cardinal Stadium will contract with a towing provider separately and have tow trucks positioned onsite for all ULAA football games for this service.; For all ULAA football games, the awarded contractor will supply staff to operate 14 golf carts throughout the stadium Bronze and Purple parking lots as Accessibility shuttles. This staff will transport patrons from the parking lots to the stadium entry gates. Once the event has started, this staff will operate from Gate 5 only and provide golf cart transportation back to the Bronze and Purple parking lots. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and initial safety training. Awarded contractor will be required to review and validate license and provide training to drive and operate golf cart. ULAA will contract with a golf cart provider separately and have the necessary golf carts onsite for each event.; Also the awarded contractor as a result of this request for proposal shall provide the necessary staff to monitor, instruct and direct ADA wheelchair assistance staff throughout the stadium concourses inside the stadium gates. This staff will be responsible for coordinating these needs with otherstadiumvendors and instructing staff to meet guests atstadium entrances with ULAA supplied wheelchairs and assisting them up into the stadium bowl near their seating location. The lead for this group will be stationed in the stadium command post on event days. This staff will also track the individuals requesting assistance and upon request provide assistance back to the stadium exit gates for each event.; Communication with each individual staff will be required via radio along with the ability to communicate with the stadium security/ushering contractor in the command center. To successfully be able to perform this task, 15 radios will be required to be provided by the awarded contractor for this service.; The awarded contractor will also supply staff for UofL home football games that will make up the Green Team. This staff will be posted at every parking lot entry gate to pass out green trash bags and info cards to guests entering the parking lots and encourage all guests to take part in separating their recyclables and helping to create a more sustainable site. The stadium staff will supply the green vests, green trash bags, and info cards for this endeavor.; The awarded contractor will also supply staff and the necessary bank to toll parking for other Cardinal Stadium events. Tolling staff will be utilized for events such as Kentucky Oaks and Derby, high school football, concerts, etc. When these events occur, Cardinal Stadium willsupply to the awarded contractor the parking tickets needed to toll the lots. The awarded contractor will supply the bank needed for that event along with the agreed amount of staff to oversee the tolling, collection and counting of money. Money raised from tolling will be counted, reconciled against the total amount of sold tickets and the money along with the unsold ticket inventory will be provided to Cardinal Stadium after the end of the event.
