Specifications include, but are not limited to: Review facility checklist for special requests.; Inform management of problems or malfunctions.; Empty all trash cans and anything labeled trash, furnish can liners, take trash to dumpster, and close dumpster lid. White dumpster for cardboard only, brown dumpster for trash.; Use walk-behind floor scrubber machine to clean all hard surface floors, including all hallways, waiting areas, and group rooms. Drain and rinse machine after each use. Plug machine in after every use.; Wipe down all tables in group rooms and employee lounge.; Wipe down all 1st and 2nd floor waiting room chairs with disinfectant.; Sweep and Wet mop all bathroom floors twice daily (see 9 below).; Secure all doors and windows and turn off all office and hall lights except for night hall lights.; Clean and disinfect all restroom facilities during nightly cleaning: toilets (inside, outside, and seats), toilet stall walls, stall doors, urinals, sinks, sanitary napkin holders (inside and outside), mirrors, countertops, and wet mop floors and mop boards.; Wipe down appliances and countertops in employee lounges.; Empty outside trash and cigarette containers daily.; Replenish toilet tissue, anti-bacterial hand soap, and paper hand towels in bathrooms, group rooms, community room, 1st floor med room, drug testing room 2nd floor, and kitchens.; Paper towels must be loaded in dispenser so that they properly feed the paper when used.; Wipe down coffee/water dispenser machine in 1st and 2nd floor lobby areas.; Clean glass on doors at East and West entrances.; Clean glass on hallway doors east of main entrance.; Clean glass on door at hallway to 2nd floor kitchen.; Spot cleaning of spills.; Bathrooms: empty trash, sanitary napkin holders.; Empty trash daily in the following offices: 103, 104, 105A, 108, 119, 121, 122, 141, 143 and 212.
