Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Successful Offeror (“Contractor”) shall furnish all trained, qualified and experienced personnel, plus all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, registrations, licenses, and supplies necessary to provide transportation services for glass material from the Los Alamos County Eco Station at 3701 E. Jemez Road, Los Alamos New Mexico, 87544 (“Eco Station”) to G2GD’s Recycling Center located at 11331 Dillon Road, Broomfield, Colorado 80020, referred to herein as the County’s “Designated Disposal Facility,” on an as-needed basis in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and requirements. The County expects to require transport of a truckload every four weeks based on past volume, but may request transportation more frequently if necessary. A typical truck load is estimated to be approximately 20 tons per trip.; 2. As of the issuance of this RFP, the County’s current Designated Disposal Facility is G2GD’s Recycling Center located at 11331 Dillon Road, Broomfield, Colorado 80020. County may, at County’s sole option, change its Designated Disposal Facility at any time during the term of the Agreement or use a different disposal facility if the Designated Disposal Facility is unable to accept County’s glass recycling. Offerors are asked to provide in their RFP response round-trip fees to transport recycled glass materials to County’s current Designated Disposal Facility and describe how fees would be calculated should the County change its Designated Disposal Facility or should the Contractor have to deliver to an alternate disposal facility to be determined by County throughout the term of the agreement.; 3. Contractor shall coordinate with the County’s Environmental Services Manager or designee prior to performing any Services and to schedule dates and times for the collection of materials throughout the term of the agreement.
