Specifications include, but are not limited to: This work shall include furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to complete the project LEND-A-HAND ABC COTTAGE RENOVATION 2022 as described in the specifications and shown on the plans. This work shall also include removal and proper disposal of all items inside and around the existing facility, remodel of the existing building, protection of the existing roofing system, new sidewalk, new landscaping and patio improvements as shown on the plans. The Contractor awarded the project shall be responsible for obtaining the no cost permits for the project. The Contractor awarded the project shall be responsible for the patio cover design and applying for and obtaining the no cost permit for the cover
