Specifications include, but are not limited to: Menifee County Fiscal Court proposes to conduct a Rural Workspace Feasibility Study to investigate the potential for a locally‐focused shared‐work center in Frenchburg, Kentucky. The relationship between mobility and work is changing rapidly and the County is interested in opportunities to support new work models for a rural coworking initiative. Based on the findings of the study, Menifee County Fiscal Court will be able to determine if a coworking space will improve the economic development prospects in the County. The study will address ARC’s goal of Building Appalachian Businesses by strengthening and diversifying the community’s economic through inclusive economic development strategies and investments in entrepreneurship and business development.
