Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contract will be for cutting, baling, and removing hay from designated areas of Cityproperty.Thedesignatedareasequatetoapproximately80acrescombined;twofigures have been included for reference. Approximately 60 acres of the designated hay area consists of past landfill disposal sites that have been closed in accordance withregulationssetforthbyNorthDakotaDepartmentofEnvironmentalQuality.ThewinningbidderwillberesponsibleforcomplyingwithallapplicableStateandU.S.Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations.The winning bidder will also beresponsible for any damage incurred to the property.This includes, but is not limitedto;groundwater-monitoringwells,gasvents,fences,drainageditches,andsurfacedamage such as ruts left by equipment.The winning bidder will be responsible forcompleting haying operations on all of the designated haying areas.
