Specifications include, but are not limited to: 21.1. All original records and duplicates made will remain the property of the MCCO and shall not be reproduced for any other person or entity at any time. 21.2. Any product from the Contractor deemed by the MCCO to be unacceptable shall be returned to the Contractor for reproduction at the Contractor’s expense. The MCCO shall be the sole judge of the acceptability of any work submitted. 21.3. The Contractor shall report to the MCCO in advance of processing if any documentation sent to the Contractor is deemed by the Contractor to be not reproducible. The MCCO shall not be billed for the processing of materials that can be reasonably inferred by examination as being not reproducible in any archival format. 21.4. The Contractor’s employees directly involved with the production or handling of confidential MCCO work will be required to pass a criminal background check and sign a confidentially agreement. A copy of these documents shall be furnished to the MCCO and the originals shall be kept on file by the Contractor for each employee’s term of employment. The Contractor shall not allow any employees, temporary or permanent, access to or processing of any confidential work for the MCCO without such documentation being established prior to commencing work. Contractor shall be responsible for updating and informing the MCCO of any changes.
