Specifications include, but are not limited to: furnish management, labor, equipment, goods and suppliesnecessary to manage and operate a professional bookstore that will provide the highest caliber of services tothe University community. The University’s overall goal in soliciting a Contractor to provide bookstoremanagement services is to create a traditional bookstore operation and to enhance and improve upon the levelof financial effectiveness, services and satisfaction currently being provided on campus. It is essential that thebookstore be managed with maximum sensitivity to the needs and concerns of our students, faculty and staff.Products, prices, and services must promote confidence that the University community is obtaining the bestpossible combination of quality, customer service and price.
