Please email a copy of your proposal to lyska.benitez@gsa.gov with a cc: to kevin.morris@gsa.gov to be received no later than Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 2:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Time. Hard copy submissions are not acceptable during the current COVID 19 Pandemic and no other means of transmission are acceptable.
