Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Develop a Lead Service Line Inventory (LSLI) for eligible small community public water systems and nontransient, non-community public water systems. The LSLI is intended to identify the location and material of all water service lines present in each water system. It shall document both the service line material from the water main to the curb stop and the curb stop to the structure. The inventory shall be compiled using resources and methods identified by EPA in the LCRR. Additionally, desktop measures may be taken to simplify the service line material identification using predictive modeling where appropriate. B. Review the existing Lead and Copper Sampling Plan for each water system. Provide recommendations for a revised sampling plan will include targeted sampling sites based on the LSLI. C. Develop an LSL Replacement Plan and associated public education documents for each water system, where applicable. This will include recommendations for public education strategy and potential funding strategies to address replacement of privately-owned services.
