Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide assistance to the Office of Planning and Development and RPC staff in the development of an interactive housing toolkit for use by New Hampshire’s communities based on national best practices as an element of the RHNA programs scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2022. 1. Provide support to the RHNA Toolbox subcommittee to review, refine and update housing strategy toolbox materials developed to date in an effort to clarify available tools and enhance the use of the toolbox by New Hampshire’s communities. 2. Provide assistance with methods to publish the toolbox materials including, but not limited to, inclusion in the RHNA project website and as elements of individual RPC RHNA program documents. The consultant will be expected to have extensive webbased tool development experience. B. Provide assistance to RPC staff to develop housing strategy toolbox materials based on the conclusions of the RHNAs in late 2022 and continuing through June 30, 2023. This task will also include assistance with the development of a methodology that supports the rollout and implementation of related tools in communities throughout the state. C. Develop and present two virtual training sessions related to available and potential housing strategies that highlight national best practices
