Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Atkinson, NH is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to remove and replace the siding at Kimball Library, 5 Academy Ave, Atkinson, NH. The price package should include the removal and replacement of exterior siding with James Hardie Fiber Cement, 6.5”, 5” exposure; color is Arctic White, smooth finish. Exterior Trim including corner boards, door, and window trim to remain in place. Contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of all debris from the site. The successful contractor and subcontractors shall purchase and maintain such comprehensive general liability and other insurance as is appropriate for the work being performed.
