Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1. Contractor shall agree to and accept the following responsibilities to begin within the first five (5) calendar days after contract execution. 4.1.1. Note: Unless mutually agreed upon by Austin Energy and Contractor after contract kick-off, it shall be assumed that all meetings will be conducted using online meeting platforms such as WebEx or Microsoft Teams. 4.1.2. Unless otherwise stated in Section 9.0 Deliverables and Milestones, all staff assignments, materials, and deliverables offered and performed by the Contractor herein, are subject to the approval of the Austin Energy Program Manager. 4.2. General Requirements 4.2.1. Contractor shall designate Project Manager/POC for the term of the contract and provide to Austin Energy. 4.2.2. Contractor shall facilitate Contract Kick-Off meeting within 30-Days from contract execution. Attendees to include Contractor’s project managers, Austin Energy contract manager and any related Austin Energy staff. Contractor PM shall submit agenda to Austin Energy PM via email and prior to Kick off meeting for input and approval. Activities shall include: a. Introduction of key Austin Energy and Contractor staff b. Outline of Austin Energy/Contractor engagement expectations and agree upon goals and outcomes. c. Present program implementation plan and services d. Provide program status reporting e. Record minutes for all meetings and reviews 4.2.3. The Contractor shall provide all the materials and components for the Student Kits, Classroom Energy Investigation Kits, Student Workbooks, and Classroom/Teacher Curriculum. Implementation for this program shall begin upon notification and acceptance by the AE Project Manager, and execution of the contract.
