Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm to provide pre-construction services such as constructability guidance, cost estimates, and construction schedules; provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP); and perform complete construction services consistent with the CMAR construction delivery process as utilized by The Texas A&M University System for the Arts & Media Building project (#15-3268) located in Corpus Christi, Texas. The proposed new Arts and Media Building will house undergraduate and graduate programs within the School of Arts, Media & Communication. The new 72,000 GSF, three-story facility provides state-of-theart studios, performance theater, rehearsal space, teaching studios, and vital support areas. The building site neighbors the Center for the Arts building to support out-of-the-classroom interactions between students, faculty, and visiting professionals.
