Specifications include, but are not limited to: Quottly will provide an efficient implementation model for each participating Dual Credit high school. The objective is to ensure all students who are interested in dual credit would be able to access the portal and enroll with ease. To ensure easy access, Quottly would create a one-time integration with each high school’s preferred IDP (SIS, Microsoft 365, Google, etc). This approach would ensure all relevant student data is be uploaded into the Quottly platform and provide immediate access to courses and registration, once a student selects a dual credit course. In the event an IDP doesn’t exist within a high school, Quottly would upload the list of participating students via an excel doc. Key Contributors (Points of Contact) from each participating High School: • IT personnel – this person would serve as the primary resource for all technical elements at the high school related to IDP, student data, set-up, key documents, etc. • Hours of training needed: 2 hours
