Specifications include, but are not limited to: (1) Utility incentives for RIARNG Armory of Mounted Command lighting retrofit are pre-approved, as indicated in the attached pre-approval letter – Commitment Letter – 13177687. Please subtract the pre-approved incentives in the amount of $37,992.00 from the Total Project Price.; (2) Utility incentives for RIARNG Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) lighting retrofit are anticipated to total $39,600 through the National Grid Instant Incentives program. For bid purposes, subtract the expected incentives in the amount of $39,600.00 from the Total Project Price. Any received utility incentives are considered a form of payment by the State. Any future changes to the incentives would remain a form of payment by the State towards the total cost of the project.; Base Bid: Provide all labor, equipment, and material for the complete workmanlike installation of the listed fixtures, your quote should include but not be limited to the following: All luminaires, retrofit kits, wire, conduit, junction boxes, handholes, connectors, panels and appurtenances required to make fixtures operational.; Interconnection with existing power sources; All protective safety equipment and barriers; All staging, lifts and miscellaneous equipment necessary to complete the work.; All waste and storage containers required; Removal of all waste materials and trash; All permits, pre and post inspections required
