Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Contractor will have a safe and secure warehouse facility to inventory a 365-day supply (approx. 60,000 guides annually) of Kansas Tourism travel guide, byways guide, highway maps, as well as envelopes. - The contractor will have the ability to assemble standard packets of the travel guide and map, as well as adding a Kansas byway guide when requested, using the publications and envelopes provided by Kansas Tourism. - The contractor will be provided access to download consumer orders requests daily for all publications. - The contractor will have the ability and resources to fulfill all consumer orders within a 72- hours of the initial request. They will also follow national and international mail processes, example including customs labels for international orders. Contractor will be responsible for any remailing and additional charges/fees for any returned pieces due to not properly following mail processes. - Contractor will be responsible for any additional charges accrued from contractor error. - Contractor will use its knowledge of USPS rules and regulations to presort all fulfillment packets in a manner that meets all regulations and achieves the lowest mailing costs for Kansas Tourism. - Contractor will use the latest address verification programs (CASS, NCOA, etc) before mailing orders, to ensure addresses are accurate and deliverable. - Contractor will be responsible for ordering, or notifying Kansas Tourism, when inventory of publications, maps and envelopes are running low. - The contractor will provide Kansas Tourism with monthly reports on all fulfillment activities. The specifics of such reports will be developed by the contractor and Kansas Tourism, but must include at a minimum detailed order, fulfillment info and invoice amount.
