Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide basic janitorial services for the WVU Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium located on the Evansdale Campuses; The vendor must furnish the following, including but not limited to, all cleaning supplies, materials, paper and soap products, labor, labor supervision, tools and equipment necessary to provide for the complete cleaning services for WVU athletic venues. The vendor shall maintain a clean and safe environment through the contract period while maintaining or exceeding WVU Modified APPA Level II cleaning standards. Onsite Management requirements: Vendor shall provide an onsite manager for all WVU home men’s and women’s soccer events at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium. On site manager must be present at the facility for cleaning services prior to start of event; 1/2 hour before gates open, during the match, and after the match during post-game stadium clean up. All staff working during the home event must have a logoed, collared shirt representing the vendor’s company as well as full length pants with solid color, no holes, no jeans, no rips, no distinguishable markings and the preferred color is khaki (the selected vendor must submit uniform for approval). The vendor’s onsite manager for men’s and women’s soccer shall coordinate all of the game day activities with the Athletic Facilities staff before, during and after each match. Vendor shall submit the name and qualifications of the onsite manager thirty (30) days before the beginning of each team season during the term of this agreement. The onsite manager is subject to the review and approval of the WVU athletic department. Cleaning must be completed immediately following each home event (aside from doubleheaders). A doubleheader is defined as two events occurring on the same day that have separate gate opening times. If two matches share one gate time, then it is considered a single event. Vendor is responsible for minimal stadium light usage during cleaning and must return the lighting back to it’s original setting prior to departure. Upon completion of cleaning after matches, Vendor is responsible for powering down all lighting and securing all access points, as directed by WVU.
