Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is a single-story building with four (4) restrooms and one (1) break room. There is a VIN inspection building on the north side of the parking lot, with one (1) restroom. The approximate square footage of the carpet, tile, and VCT are as follows: Carpet 11,000 sq. ft. Tile 9,00 sq. ft. VCT 282 sq. ft. A day porter will work from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm when DMV is open for business and will be required to empty trash cans and ashtrays in front and behind the building. High dusting up to thirty (30) feet in the lobby will be completed once a year (which include and is not limited to: duck work, overhead framing, ledges, lights soffits, etc.) Power washes the southern outside break patio once a month. Baby changing station will be cleaned nightly and as needed by day porter.
