Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work shall include lawn maintenance services at the locations noted at the end of this section. The maintenance services shall include mowing, trimming, weeding, clean-up and spring clean-up at the Bugbee Senior Center, Park & Ride lot, and the median areas. The spring clean-up services shall include clean-up and disposal of debris, limbs, and leaves which were not collected the previous fall, etc. The mowing season will be from May 1ST to November 1st of each year. It is expected that mowing and trimming will be completed on a weekly basis or as needed. It should be noted that special attention must be given to areas where community flower gardens are located. Mowing and trimming shall be completed in these areas with care not to damage these areas; this includes not discharging grass clippings into the gardens. Discharging of clippings into traffic will not be allowed.
