The management and preventive management of all non-wood destroying insects including, but not limited to, American roaches, brown banded roaches, German roaches, oriental roaches, crickets, silverfish, pavement ants, centipedes, millipedes, ground beetles, spiders, wasps, yellow jackets, hornets, bees, fleas, cicada killers, brown dog ticks, box elder bugs, earwigs, clothes moths, flying insects – mosquitoes, flies, ants, grain insects, pill bugs, sow bugs, dermestidae beetles, the pediculidal family, and all members of the gnat family, etc. 2. The management and preventive management of all wood destroying insects including, but not limited to, powder post beetles, wood boring beetles, carpenter ants, carpenter bees and termites (inspection only). 3. The management and preventive management of all rodents and small animals including, but not limited to, rats, mice, voles, moles, bats, squirrels, skunks, rabbits, groundhogs, feral cats, and snakes. 4. The management and preventive management of all birds including, but not limited to, pigeons, sparrows, and starlings. 5. The term "pest management" is defined as the eradication of existing infestations using the newest integrated pest management techniques. The phrase preventive pest management is defined as the act of preventive measures within practical limits using the newest integrated pest management techniques.
