Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful firm will work with the SWIDC-Indiana First Region to administer grant funding in accordance with the guidelines of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), and the Indiana READI program, performing scope of work items, and ensuring compliance with 2 C.F.R. 200 as required, and all other regulations applicable to the funding programs. The necessary compliance and work items will include, but is not limited to, the following: Procurement Standards Financial Administration- Tracking and Reporting NEPA and Section 106 Environmental Review- if required Davis-Bacon Wage Compliance- if required Civil Rights Standards Other administrative tasks related to the Indiana First Region READI program Type of Contract The Indiana First Region expects to execute a fixed fee type of contract for these services. All services will be billed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the grant funding.
