Specifications include, but are not limited to: The required services to be provided are removal and disposal of three (3) existing 5-ton split system HVAC units at Denton State Supported Living Center, Building 593. Contractor shall: a) Remove and dispose of three (3) existing condenser and air handler units and install three (3) new 5-ton split system units as specified below. b) Replace service disconnects. c) Replace all low- and high-pressure refrigerant lines. d) Replace drain pan and condensate drain lines. e) Test units for proper operation. f) Clean up of work site. Each new unit must meet the following specifications: a) Condenser: Carrier Comfort 15 Central Air Conditioner Model 24AAA5 (or equal) b) Fan Coil: Carrier Comfort Fan Coil FX4D (or equal) c) Furnace: Carrier Comfort 80 Gas Furnace 58SC (or equal) Systems must be BACnet capable, and the Contractor shall sub-contract Johnson Controls to connect the new systems to the facilities existing Johnson Controls system.
