Specifications include, but are not limited to: 12’ X 10” Hinge Gate, design per plan listed as attachment#1, includes additional lock OPEN post, walk thru BOLSTER, removable lock pins, 2’ round deadman base plate. Construction material will be ALL American and includes cert. The gate hinge post will be fully welded so NO ONSITE welding will be required. The gate hinge will attach via a double locking collar design has encapsulated Allen bolts that when installed are not removable, hence NO Welding required. The lock pin design is unattached from the gate lock post. The agency has found a bar under the chain type of pin mount makes for easy removal of a locked pin, thus they have eliminated the chain and limited the top washer size of the pin to 2” and added an additional top collar surrounding the pin to remove any change of prying the pin out. Also the pin now used to LOCK OPEN the gate eliminating the need of two pins with two locks.
