Specifications include, but are not limited to: Calibrate and maintain the existing Rees Temperature Monitoring System to ensure continuity ofoperation.-Calibrate and service for 64 probes. (12 Freezers, 19 refrigerators, 3 oven, 22 incubators, 8 waterbaths)-Provide online, phone and email tech support. Technical support by phone should be toll-freeand at a minimum be available Mon-Fri 6 a.m. -6 p.m. Alaska time (10 a.m.-10 p.m. Eastern).-Provide priority response time for on-site services.-Provide comprehensive calibration package with full documentation provided to satisfy regulatoryauthorities.-Conduct annual calibration and/or replacement of hardware as needed.-Calibration must meet or exceed FDA and EPA requirements and be performed by an ISO/IEC17025 accredited calibration entity; manage calibration certificate validity periods.-Calibrations must include minimum 3 data points as defined by EHL.-Provide proof of ISO/IEC 17025 certification.
