Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consulting services for the development of existing facilities needs assessment and master plan. 1) Perform a detailed assessment of existing facilities listed on attached Document titled “Facilities Inventory Buildings Built 2010 and Earlier”, to determine the current needs for renovations, repairs, and upgrades due to the following factors: a) Deferred maintenance & operations facilities upgrades and repairs b) Upgrade Athletic facilities districtwide 2) Review and Update UISD Current Long Term Facilities Master Plan for Existing Facilities 3) Prepare a long range facilities master plan for needed improvements, upgrades, major repairs for facilities listed on attached Document titled: “Facilities Inventory Buildings Built 2010 and Earlier”, including projected costs and timelines. 4) Technical assessment of all existing school campuses and support service facilities to include the following: HVAC and EMS Control Systems and Equipment Parking Lots and Driveways Student and Staff Restrooms Fire, Security Alarm Systems and PA Systems Equipment Building Roofs Athletic facilities renovations and upgrades Playground Equipment replacement for Elementary Schools Electrical Distribution Systems 5) Develop a detailed report of recommendations for facilities improvements including cost estimates and projected timelines.
