Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a variety of quality food options to Owensboro Community & Technical College (OCTC) in such a manner that meets the needs of the student, faculty and staff population. This includes the operation and management of food services at the Owensboro Community & Technical College – Main Campus, Campus Center – 2nd Floor. Below are the rooms and square footage for each: Room 201 - 561 sq. ft. – Kitchen Service Area Room 200A – 1217 sq. ft. – Open area for Food Service/ Student Recreation Room 200 – 846 sq. ft. – Small Dining Room OCTC will not be requesting a commission for these services, as it is expected for the awarded Offeror to be self-sustaining in their operations. OCTC requests proposals that do not require payment from OCTC for any aspect of the Offeror’s operations. OCTC will be providing the space and use of facilities, and the awarded Offeror will provide the services to students.
